While launching the Terminal application, it attempts queries the update Server, to check if you're currently using the latest version, and installs the updates if necessary. This procedure also, to verifies the integrity of the executable (.exe), compared to a possible virus attack. Once the program verified, the main window opens the application, giving access to login screen on the Server. The user can then login by providing his name and password.

If these parameters are correct, then only the terminal will be referred to as valid by the Server. At the completion of this procedure, the Server, transmits the update of the database management in the Terminal so that it works with the most recent changes made. Thus, the Terminal is operational, to work.

One strong point of the M-Axis system, is to offer an integrated sales store, including all the needed management tools. The sale Terminal has been designed to allow an easy process for cash transactions, by using touch screens. As a first step, by pressing the button "Open Fund", it tells the Server, the beginning of a sale session, which gives access to the different products that have been stored in the database.
Each product sold, resulting in a detailed statement on stocks, and therefore have the possibility, at the end of the accounting period, to make an inventory. All products introduced, can be configured with a fixed price or a price on a variables pricing grid line. The screen offers the possibility of adjusting the price of an item, depending on the year, month, day and even hour at which the operation is processed. For example you want to sell an item cheaper between 10 AM and 11 AM, the price of the latter automatically adapts to this requirement.

Management Setup >
From the Management Tab, you gain access the configuration of all the elements in the database. By inserting something here, your customers, your suppliers and yourself can access certain accountant components (edition of quotations, purchase orders and invoices). In the "Structure Tab ", you set your product classified by type and class, but also the price of VAT employees, "countermarks", and the various entries in the variable pricing grid component.
  Managment Setup
It is in the "Prices Tab " that the periods of this, will be introduced depending on what you want. A deputy will be those periods, the validity of "countermarks", if necessary. The "Products Tab ", when it will introduce you, modify, or delete, products. At each is associated products, a purchase price, sale, VAT into force, a minimum stock associated with a warning in the event of an overrun, if the item is sold or not (this allows you to include product office consumption of it's kind, pen, paper for printers, etc. and then indicate whether it is an element that serves as an entrance. One peculiarity of the M-Axis system is to be able to manage the remote devices via the Terminals. The steering is very simple, and the configuration is different from Hardware Server. The steering device is done either in sequencer mode, so programmable in time or by account people, or in manual mode. The sequencer mode makes it possible to integrate a automatic loop repetition of events, while retaining absolute control.
